Carbon Grounding Mat for Bed

Grounding, or earthing, means connecting to the earth's natural surface charge, the way you do when you walk barefoot on grass. This mat lets you build that habit into your nights indoors. Lay it across your bed, connect the cord and drift off.

Why you'll love it

• Made for the bed. The Queen mat (27 × 60 in) runs across a Queen or Full bed. The King mat (27 × 75 in) runs across a King.
• Conductive carbon surface. Carbon-infused vegan leather with breathable perforations, so it stays comfortable against bare skin all night.
• Safety resistor built in. The 15 ft cord has a 100kΩ safety resistor and plugs only into the ground port of your outlet. No electricity flows to the mat.
• Wipe-clean and durable. Carbon keeps its conductivity over time and the surface wipes clean with a damp cloth.
• More than a bed mat. Use it on the couch, under your desk or during yoga and meditation.

How to use it

1. Check your outlet is properly grounded.
2. Lay the mat across your bed, over or under the fitted sheet, where your legs or back will rest, and secure it with the straps.
3. Snap the cord onto the mat and plug it into the ground port of the outlet.
4. Lie down with bare skin touching the mat and rest.
