- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT will begin processing the same business day.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Shipping Origins: To provide high-quality wellness equipment at competitive prices, products may ship from our fulfillment centres in the United States or China.
- Domestic Shipping (US Stock): 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping (China Stock): 10-20 business days.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates. In accordance with FTC guidelines, if we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We currently do not ship large wellness equipment (e.g., treadmills, saunas) to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

- Delivery Status: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days.
- Damaged Items: If your equipment arrives damaged, please provide photos of the packaging and items to kinaralife@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
9. Incorrect Address
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
