These terms explain the rules for using kinaralife.com and buying from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Kinara Life is run by Laird Ecommerce LLC ("we", "us" or "our"), a Wyoming-registered company owned by a parent company in Australia.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your health and safety

Wellness products, not medical treatment. Our products are designed for general relaxation, fitness and wellbeing. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant; have a pacemaker or other implanted device; have a heart, circulation or blood-clotting condition; have epilepsy; have reduced feeling in any part of your body (for example from diabetes or neuropathy); are recovering from an injury or surgery; or aren't sure whether a product is right for you.

Follow the instructions. Read the manufacturer's instructions before you use a product for the first time, and follow them every time. Don't open, modify or repair any product yourself. Stop using a product right away if it's damaged, behaves unexpectedly, or causes pain or discomfort. Using a product in a way the manufacturer doesn't recommend can be unsafe and may void its warranty.

Use your judgment. Exercise, stretching, heat and massage products all carry some risk of injury. Start gently, use products as directed, and listen to your body.

3. Product information

We do our best to describe and show every product accurately. Colors may look a little different on your screen, and manufacturers sometimes update designs or packaging. If something you receive isn't as described, our Return and Refund Policy covers you.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Availability and prices. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities. Prices can change, but you'll always pay the price shown when you place your order. All prices are in US dollars.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal.

If we need to cancel. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms. In short:

• Shipping is free on every US order.
• You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
• Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging (unopened for items that touch your skin). We'll send you a free return label, and there's no restocking fee.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong items cost you nothing to return.

6. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and based on your own experience. By posting it, you give us permission to show it on our website and in our marketing. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we never offer anything in exchange for positive reviews.

7. Recalls and safety notices

If a manufacturer or regulator issues a recall or safety notice for something you bought from us, we'll contact you using the details on your order.

8. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your details up to date and your password private. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away at support@kinaralife.com.

9. Our content

Everything on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Laird Ecommerce LLC or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names of the products we sell belong to their owners. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

10. Using our website

Please don't use our website for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works or its security.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Laird Ecommerce LLC and its parent company aren't responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data) that come from using our website or products. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude our liability, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under federal or state consumer protection law. If these terms and the law ever disagree, the law wins.

13. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Laird Ecommerce LLC, its parent company or its staff because you broke these terms, misused a product or broke the law, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. That doesn't take away any consumer protections you have under the laws of the state where you live. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it where you live.

15. If part of these terms doesn't apply

If a court decides any part of these terms can't be enforced, that part is removed and the rest of the terms still apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the effective date. Each order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
