Return and Refund Policy: Kinara Life

1. Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Kinara Life website located at https://kinaralife.com/. We want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness and fitness equipment. This policy is designed to be transparent about the process for returns, particularly given the health and hygiene nature of our products.

3. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
3.1 Conditions for Return
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, and free from any signs of wear or assembly.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original retail packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and hardware.
- Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, certain wellness products (such as sauna wraps or personal recovery tools) must be completely unused with original seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.
4. Return Process (Fulfillment via AutoDS FBA)
Kinara Life utilizes AutoDS (FBA) for fulfillment. Because our inventory is managed and shipped through this network, all returns must be processed specifically through the fulfillment warehouse provided by our support team.
4.1 Initiating a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at kinaralife@outlook.com.
- Request: Email us with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
- Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions on which fulfillment warehouse to send your package to.
- Important: Do not send items to our corporate office address in Wyoming. Items sent to our corporate address or sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
4.2 Return Shipping & Fees
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees: Due to the size and weight of certain fitness equipment, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of items to cover inspection and warehouse handling.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kinara Life is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your wellness equipment immediately upon delivery.
- Reporting: If the item is damaged in transit or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at kinaralife@outlook.com.
- Resolution: We will evaluate the damage and either provide replacement parts, a full replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items & No Exchanges
The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Opened/Used Products: Personal wellness products that have been opened or used (due to health and safety regulations).
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," product preference, or incorrect selection. We do not facilitate the swapping of items for different models, colours, or sizes. If you wish to acquire a different product, you must place a new, separate order.
7. Refunds
7.1 Inspection
Once our fulfillment centre receives and inspects your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item's condition.
7.2 Payment Processing
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
8. Legal Ownership Disclosure
Kinara Life is a brand of Laird Ecommerce LLC, a Wyoming-based company. Laird Ecommerce LLC is owned by a foreign parent entity located in Australia. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
