Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information Kinara Life collects when you visit kinaralife.com or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Kinara Life is a brand of Laird Ecommerce LLC, a company registered in Wyoming at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Laird Ecommerce LLC is owned by a parent company in Australia, so your information may be handled in the United States and Australia, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

2. What we collect

• Contact and order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number.
• Purchase history: what you buy, return or show interest in.
• Payment details: processed by secure, PCI-compliant providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
• Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser type, time zone and how you use our website, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
• What you send us: messages, photos and anything else you share when you contact us.

Sensitive information. We don't ask for, and don't knowingly collect, sensitive information such as health data, precise location, biometric data or government ID numbers. Please don't include health details in messages unless they're needed to help with your request.

3. How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and warranty claims
• To answer your questions
• To spot and prevent fraud
• To improve our website and products
• To send you marketing emails or texts, but only if you've agreed to receive them
• To show and measure our ads on other websites and social media
• To meet our legal obligations

Artificial intelligence. We don't sell your personal information to train AI models, and we don't use it to train large language models. Some of the service providers we use may use automated tools to run their own services, under their own privacy terms.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We only share it with companies that help us run our business:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout
• Payment providers, to process your payment
• Suppliers, fulfillment partners (including Amazon and other US warehouses) and carriers, to send your order and handle returns
• Email, text messaging and customer service tools, so we can talk to you
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, to show and measure our ads
• Government authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud
• A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or restructured

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the store working (for example, remembering what's in your cart), to understand how people use our site, and to measure and personalize ads. Where the law requires it, we'll ask which non-essential cookies you're happy to allow. You can change your choice at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, which is also linked at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

6. Marketing messages

If you sign up, we'll send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in every email, and you can reply STOP to any text message. Even if you unsubscribe, we'll still send you messages about your orders.

7. How long we keep it

We only keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above. Order records are usually kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information and limit who can access it. No way of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but we take protecting yours seriously.

9. Children and teens

Our website and products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we never sell or use for targeted advertising the information of anyone we know is under 18. If you think a minor has given us their details, let us know and we'll delete them.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, and other states as their privacy laws take effect, you may have the right to:

• Find out what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
• Correct information that's wrong
• Have your information deleted (except where the law requires us to keep it)
• Opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your information
• Get a list of the types of companies we've shared your information with, where your state gives you that right

Opting out of ad tracking. We don't sell your information for money. But because we use advertising cookies and pixels, some state laws may treat that as a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we'll treat it as an opt-out for that browser.

How to make a request. Email support@kinaralife.com or call +1 307 213 7605. We'll confirm we've received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this once by another 45 days, and we'll tell you if we do. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also have someone you've authorized make a request for you.

If we say no. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll respond within 60 days. If you're still not happy with the outcome, you can contact your state Attorney General.

We'll never treat you differently or charge you more for using any of these rights.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
